A day typically lasts 8 hours. My main goal is to get the band/artist feeling as comfortable as possible, and then capture the the music as authentically as possible. Plenty of emphasis is often placed on capturing live room acoustics to enhance the body and depth of sound.

I am also able to offer:

Block bookings: Various discounts available on more than one day. This can save you a considerable amount when planning for an album or EP project.

Solo artists: Cheaper rates for solo artists. As we all know the reason many bands survive is the ability to split costs between members. This is not so true for the solo artist!

Student discount: 10% student discount given. I will ask to see some student ID from the band.

Rehearsal: We have free use of amps and drumkit at the studio.

Live Recording: I can offer full live recording by using high quality mic splitters on the night, recording each instrument separately. On the night the band will be provided with a rough mixdown of the gig, with a finished version mixed at the studio within a few days.
