Industrial legends Black Tish are to release “Industrial Tribute” on June 14th 2024.

Black Tish were formed in 1988 in the Brussels area, and after an almost 20 year break, resurrected in Oxford, UK.  Since their double releases in 2023, one album with old music and one album with new music, Black Tish have retrospectively been branded pioneers of industrial music, and “the missing link between experimental bands like Throbbing Gristle and Einsturzende Neubauten on the one hand, and the (comparatively) more accessible bands like Ministry and Nine Inch Nails”.  In this double A side single the band pays tribute to true pioneers of Industrial music, Throbbing Gristle and Einsturzende Neubauten, making two songs their own, Throbbing Gristle’s “What a day”, and Einsturzende Neubauten’s “Zerstorte Zelle”.  Electronic composition, sampling and programming was done by Bob Coecke.
