Biography

Action and Action (not to be mistaken for the US band, Action Action) is a 5-piece band resident in the South of England (currently Uxbridge and Basingstoke). The band played its first show in Slough in April 2004, and is still operational to this day. From inception the band has played a form of emo/post-hardcore, gradually incorporating more shouty, jazzy and mature discordant sounds as time has progressed. They have several EPs under their belt and the full length album, “Pique” which was released on deluxe vinyl and CD.
